Used items are good value when you know what you are getting. A few simple habits keep every handover safe.
Before you pay
- Inspect and test the item at the pickup point. Switch it on, check the parts, compare it with the listing.
- Pay only when you are happy. Cash pickup orders are paid after inspection, never before. If you paid by card, you still inspect at pickup and your UAE consumer rights for undisclosed faults remain.
- Keep the invoice. Any faults you accepted are written on it, and your statutory rights under UAE consumer law remain.
Your account
- Sign-in codes are for you only. We never ask for a code on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- UAE Items never asks for card details on WhatsApp or by email.
