Common questions
How do I buy something?
Sign in with your phone or email, add the item to your cart and place a pickup order. Pay cash when you collect, or pay by card right away. A cash pickup order holds the item for you for 30 hours; if it is not collected in that time the order is cancelled automatically and the item is offered again. A card-paid item is yours with no collection deadline. Come to the pickup point at your preferred time, inspect it, and take it home.
What does “Pending” on an item mean?
Another buyer has placed an order for it. You can still save it or keep it in your cart. If it is not collected within 30 hours, the hold ends and you can order it.
Do you deliver?
Delivery within Al Ain costs AED 60 per order, or is free when the item subtotal is above AED 400. Delivery orders are paid by card before dispatch through our secure Stripe checkout page. If delivery is not shown at checkout yet, please choose pickup.
How do I sell an item?
Sign in and use Post an item: add the details and photos, submit, and we review it. Once approved you pay the AED 5 listing fee and it goes live. You can also send it to us on WhatsApp. See Sell with us.
